Heat Up Your Evening with Live Cabaret
Winter is coming and the nights are already getting chilly. If you’re looking to heat up your nights, let the hot sass of our upcoming Cabaret show warm things up for you! For starters, Rebecca Covert is back! Rebecca is a Bluesy Jazz singer who knows how to entertain. It’s impossible not to be enthralled by her singing. She can belt the tunes in a way that, well, only Rebecca can. But it’s also impossible not to laugh your *$&! off with her brassy humor that just leaves you begging for more.
Join us November 13th and/or 14th and make an evening of it. There’s plenty of places right on Main Street to enjoy dinner before the show and a drink after the show. With free, parking directly across from Carnegie Stage, you’ll be amiss to skip out on this performance.
So what’s the theme of this cabaret? Rebecca always has a theme, and this time it’s ‘Welcome the Rain.’ Life can be hard. Who can’t relate to that at one time or another? So why not laugh out-loud about it and make light of ourselves from time-to-time. Allow Rebecca to take us on a journey through music and comedy, a journey through life and all the hiccups and wrong turns that make each of us who we are. Once you’re done laughing at yourself, or your partner, we guarantee you’ll love your beautiful life all the more, with all its flaws, mishaps and craziness. This cabaret also features jazz artist Reni Monteverde on piano and percussion.
